Shipping Information
We use SF Express and Local Courier as our delivery company. Customers can choose home delivery or to pick-up their order from any SF Express self-operated network points include SF Business Stations, SF Stores and EF Lockers. You may find your nearest delivery point on SF Express Official Website.
All Frozen items, or, mixed Frozen and non-Frozen Orders will be delivered using temperature-controlled courier service. If your have mixed Frozen and non-Frozen order and wish to arrange delivery separately, you may contact us for special handling. Please note an Additional Shipping Fee will be applied to your order.

Shipping Rates - Macau
All Macau orders will be handled by appointed shipping company, Sam Yick Transportation Limited.
Unfortunately we are not able to ship Frozen items to Macau.

Delivery Information
Once your order is ready to ship, we will email you the tracking information. Your order will probably be arrived to your assigned delivery point in 2-3 working days. You may also check the delivery status with the courier service provider.
For urgent shipments, we use GOGOX courier, shipping fee are subject to change depending on delivery location, package size and weight. You may contact us for assistant.
PLEASE NOTE:
We will ensures direct, fast transit from dispatch to your door, delivery is unavailable for Frozen Orders on Mondays to prevent products from sitting in the courier’s depot over the weekend.
Each online order can only specify to one shipping address.
Returns and Exchanges
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
To ensure strict food safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless we made a mistake with the order.
By placing an order you are agreeing to our no refund/exchange policy.
