Payments
We are a small business not a mass production company, we are sorry that we cannot handle international order/ shipment. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
All products on this website are in HKD currency.
Bank Transfers

- After a successful transfer, please send your deposit slip to 4611 0148 or to our email at cad.petsupplies@gmail.com
Your Order is on the way
- As soon as we have received your full payment, we will start process your order
- Our processing time varied from 3-14 days, depends on the product requirement
- You will receive our notification again once your order is ready to dispatch
- Any invoice yet to settle within 24 HOURS, order will follow to cancel automatically
- All products are made-to-order and order will be process right after your settlement, we DO NOT accept any change, cancel and/or refund after order is confirmed
- In case of any disputes, CAD Home Freeze-dried reserves the right of final decisions.
Delivery
We use SF Express and Local Courier as our delivery company. Customers can choose home delivery or to pick-up their order from any SF Express self-operated network points include SF Business Stations, SF Stores and EF Lockers. You may find your nearest delivery point on SF Express Official Website.
You can enjoy Free Delivery when order is over HK$400. Or, with HK$30 additional delivery fee for orders below HK$400 (including delivery to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport).
Once we have shipped your order, it will probably be arrived to your assigned delivery point in 2-4 days.
Each online order can only specify to one shipping address.
