Definitely! We offer FREE Shipment on any purchase over HKD400.
Otherwise, there’s a shipping Fee at HK$50 if your order is under HKD400.
All CAD Products are made-to-order, once payment is received, our processing time is around 3 days out to upwards of 2 weeks. We will confirm your the estimated time when you place your order before pay.
You can place your order on our website by simply add your favourite items into the cart then checkout.
Or you can also contact us via Whatapp, Instagram or Facebook Page for enquiry and place order.
We accept PayMe, FPS, ATM, or Online Bank-in Payment.
Cash and Credit Card payment is only available at Weekend Markets for any purchase over HKD200.
We have appointed couriers to deliver your order. Mostly your order will be arrived in 4 days after dispatched.
In order to ensure the integrity of our products, we are unable to re-sell items that have been sent out. For this reason, we do not refund or exchange items due to change of mind or incorrect purchase.
Unfortunately we are small business do not currently have a physical store, we mainly focus on Online Order. But we sometimes pop-up at Weekend Markets, you can get our latest schedule on Facebook and Instagram.
All CAD Products are made-to-order, hence we do not have ability to provide samples. But we do make some extras for every Weekend Markets, you are welcome to bring your furry friends to visit us and try!
CAD Home Freeze-dried Products has long lasting shelf life of 12 months. To ensure the quality of our products, suggest they are kept in air-tight containers, away from sunlight and moisture, and ideally in a cool environment.
Any opened products will have a shorter shelf life to 2-3 months.
We will do whatever we can to reduce the plastic wastage, and we encourage you to return the CAD empty bottles to us for reuse. You are welcome to drop them off at our pop-up weekend market.
We will handle the cleaning and sanitising process, you need not to worry.
